Your current reality or your current life is a result of the thoughts you have been thinking.
All of that will totally change as you begin to change your thoughts and your feelings. There is no need to feel or to be stuck or confined in your current circumstances. Whatever your circumstances are right now, that is only your current reality and current reality will begin to change as a result of beginning to use The Secret.
So you have to change your thought process. For example, if each day you expect to receive a bill and therefore more debt, be assured more of that will arrive and this goes on continually. Say for example, there’s a person who has a depressive attitude and outlook on life, it stands to reason that person will continue each day to have a depressive attitude, a negative attitude on life unless that person changes their thoughts.
Desire connects you with the thing you desire and through your thoughts, expectation draws it into life, and you can expect the things you want. So from this moment forward try to think as a new person, a new beginning. Do not think this is who I am based on your past thoughts and life think of who you want to be, the person you really want to be and think that way to make it come into your life. The past is not who you are. It is just the residual pieces of your past thoughts and actions. You can change it if you really want to and you do this by changing your your thought process from negative to positive.
Here’s one thought, one exercise to do each night before you go to sleep. As you lie there in your bed think through the events of the day if any events of the day, any single moments or whatever did not go your way or the way you thought they would or as you wanted, replay them in your mind in a way whereby those events really do go the way you wanted. Re-create those events in your mind exactly as you want. By doing this, you are cleaning up your frequency from the day and you are emitting a new signal and frequency for tomorrow. You have intentionally created new pictures for your future. It is a simple exercise and one that can change your thought process and thus the events of tomorrow.

The Powerful Process of Gratitude
What are you grateful for? Gratitude is the first step to change in your life. Gratitude and thoughts of gratitude shift your energy and starts to shift your thinking instead of thinking what you don’t have, be grateful for what you do have. You go in a different direction when your thoughts are aimed at gratitude and thanks. Gratitude is the way to bring more into your life. Remember whatever we think about repeatedly we bring about. When someone appreciates you for the little things that you do it makes you want to do more. It’s always about appreciation and gratitude, gratitude, and appreciation attract support.
Every morning when you are awake, immediately in your thought process say thank you for the wonderful things you have in your life. The air that we breathe, the relatives that are close bye to support us, the water we can drink, the electricity that we switch on without thinking about it, the roof over our head, our bed, the people we love. Smile each morning as we face the day. This is another great day always remember to say thank you and to be grateful and appreciative of the day that is here. You are setting your frequency for the day and intentionally declaring the way you want the day to be rather than just letting the day develop without any input from your thoughts, your positive thoughts. You are the creator of your own life and so begin by intentionally creating your day each morning.

Gratitude should become a way of life
Just think about it it’s impossible to bring more into your life if you are feeling ungrateful about what you have. The thoughts and feelings that you emmit when you think of lack in your life are negative emotions and they will not attract what you desire. What they will attract is more negative emotions, jealousy, resentment, dissatisfaction, or feelings of not enough. Those feelings cannot bring you what you want. They will only return to you more of what you don’t have. Those feelings block your own good from coming into your life. For example if you want a new house, if you are not grateful for the house you already have that negative feeling that negative thought will be the dominant frequency you are sending out. So be grateful what you have now. As you begin to realise the things that you are grateful for in your life you will start emitting a frequency which will attract your desires. Develop an attitude of gratitude.
When you give thanks as though you have already received what you want, you’re emitting a powerful signal to the universe. That signal is saying that you have it already because you are feeling gratitude for it now. Feel the feelings of gratitude in advance for the great day ahead as though it is done.
The Powerful Process of Visualisation
Visualisation is a process that has been taught by all the great teachers throughout the centuries as well as by the great teachers living today. Visualisation is powerful because you create pictures in your mind of seeing yourself with what it is you want. You are generating thoughts and feelings of having it now. In a way it is like role-play, acting out a scene Visualisation is simply powerfully focus thought in pictures causing equally powerful feelings when you are visualising you are emitting that powerful frequency into the universe. The law attraction will take hold of that powerful signal and return those pictures back to you just as you saw them in your mind.
Visualisation creates a picture. When you think about it all great inventions started with a persons visualisation of what he or she wished to create. We think of great people throughout history, the Wright brothers on the plane, Thomas Edison and the light bulb, Alexander Graham Bell and the telephone. And even if you look at it today in modern times Mark Zuckerberg on Facebook, all of these inventors clearly saw a picture in their mind, a picture of the end result and all the forces of the universe brought their vision, their intention into the world through their thoughts.
Not all of us are on a level of people like Thomas Edison or Mark Zuckerberg but even so the power of the universe to give to you what you visualise is there for all of us. If we only accept it we will understand that we have the mind and the abilities and the support to achieve great things and to achieve all that we want in our life.
You need to feel the visualisation as a reality. It’s the feeling that really creates the attraction, not just a picture or the thought. So we have to feel, we have to believe, we have to trust and have faith but feeling is very important in this process and that’s where the role-play and acting of a scene can be so effective because that role-play brings the feelings to life, brings the feelings into the real presence of your mind. Think deeply about this. Close your eyes and visualise it. Feel it touch it smell it for example if you’re someone who likes cars, think of a new car think of sitting in a new car the smell of the leather seats, the shine of everything new within the car, the sound of the door when it closes, the sound of the engine, the sound of the blink as they indicate as when they blink, the smell of the leather seating again, close your eyes for a few minutes and think of all of these things, make those thoughts feel so real that you were almost touching that car. This is visualisatio, and it is a very strong emotive emotion. You can apply those thoughts to anything. Maybe to a beautiful holiday on a beach, maybe to a new home. Think of a new home with a beautiful kitchen with a beautiful cooker, with the fridge that you open a double door fridge filled full of food, your favourite foods, think of cooking in that kitchen. Cooking your favouite meal, the smell that the food will generate and you look around in your kitchen and you see beautiful worktops, beautiful kitchen utensils, an air fryer for example, a microwave oven, beautiful table and chairs where you’re going to sit, and eat this meal. Pictures on the wall, the daylight shining through the windows. Create these pictures in your mind, visualise these feelings. This is all powerful.This is all thoughts that you were emitting to the universe and the universe will respond, the universe always delivers. But remember one very important fact in all of this. You have to believe without a shadow of a doubt in your mind that this is yours.
Create a Vision Board!
A Vision board is a great aid or tool to help you in your visions of your future of what you want in your future.
Create your own vision board. It is what it says a board whereby your visions of what you want re present, either pasted on the board or pinned to the board. It’s a good exercise and it’s good fun. For example you may want to move to a different country, let’s say Australia. So you would cut out an image iconic to Australia such as koala bears or kangaroos, kangaroos on the beach for example. It may be the Sydney Harbour Bridge, or it may be something as simple as the Australian flag. By having these images on a vision board thoughts are generated in your mind every time you view the vision board you are constantly thinking about what you want. It may not just be one thing as in the example above, it could be many things that make up the vision board, for example that new car, that new house, or that holiday. It may be graduating from College or University. It may be a new baby. Who knows, we’re all different. But have the images on your vision board. It’s a great way of being in constant contact with your desires and having a reminder of what it is you desire. You’re hoping to manifest these things into your life. You are visualising each desire, so spend time looking at the images and visualising exactly what you want. One could say “dream it possible“

You can let your imagination go wild with vision boards and place pictures of all the things you want and pictures of how you want your life to be. Make sure to put the vision board in a place where you see it and look at it every day, feel the feelings of having those things now and as you receive and feel gratitude for receiving you can remove pictures and add new ones. This is a wonderful way to introduce children to the law of attraction. Nothing can prevent your picture from coming into concrete form except the same power which gave it birth – yourself.
Decide what you want. Believe you can have it. Believe you deserve it and believe it’s possible for you. And then close your eyes every day for a few minutes and visualise having what you want, feeling the feelings of already having it. Come out of that and focus on what you’re grateful for already and really enjoy it. Then go into your day and release it to the universe and trust that the universe will figure out how to manifest it for you.
